Eilis has been involved with Oakfield Trust over the last 6 years. She is the Executive Director of Philanthropy Ireland.


Brid Healy


Brid is an Enterprise and Employment Manager with South Dublin County Partnership. She has been on the board since 2017.


Tom Dunphy

Qualified Accountant (Retired)

Over 45 years’ experience in accounts/finance. Became a Board member of Oakfield Trust in 2021.

Paul Kelly

Director- Real Estate Finance

Senior Finance professional with more than 20 years’ leadership experience in financial services. Joined the Board of Oakfield Trust in 2021.

Jack Kennedy

Legal Counsel

Specialising in Construction and Project Finance, Jack joined Oakfield Trust in 2021.

Marie Duffin


Marie is the Manager of Oakfield Trust and has been with the company for more than 18 years.


Gareth Ebbs

Strategic Social Impact Manager

Over 20 years’ experience in Disadvantaged Student Support, Project Mgmt., plus the Creative & Financial spaces. Joined in 2022.


The Function of our Board of Directors

The board oversees all projects undertaken by Oakfield Trust. Our function is to acquire, develop and manage property for the benefits of local communities in areas experiencing social exclusion throughout Ireland, particularly in the Clondalkin / Palmerstown / Lucan area. Our aim is to offer property-based services to help the development and provision of local and community resources in these areas.
